We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal for convenience.
What is your return policy?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. You have 5 days after receiving your shipment to request a return. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number as your subject and provide the reason for your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We will respectfully decline any item(s) sent back to us without requesting a return in advance.
Personalized items, glassware, clearance items, items marked as "Final Sale", jewelry, socks.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE:
We may request photographic proof. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in making it right.
If you are eligible for a return, you will receive a confirmation email once we’ve received and processed your return. You should receive your refund within 7-10 business days for debit transactions and 3-5 business days for credit cards. Please keep in mind each banking institution is different. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days please reach out to your banking institution.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards.
